What were you doing before the course?
I was and still am a full time mum to my beautiful daughter. I also started my own small business and worked as a personal assistant in the government.

What motivated you to do the course now?
I've always loved design in any form and I wanted to study graphic design. Shillington best suited me because the course is only 3 months long but you come out with the skills you need to start in the industry.

Have you had any previous graphic design experience?
A little, yes - I managed a print business amd I also design invitations and stationery on a small scale.

What do you like about the course?
The hands-on learning, the lecturers and the environment. I'm loving it!
