What sort of deadlines do you work to?
The average deadline for each magazine is usually three weeks but this will all depend on the issue size. Other marketing design jobs can range from an hour to a few days.
What do you love about Graphic Design?
The process and result of transforming seemingly plain information into something visually appealing.
What do you find inspiring?
Art, Street Art, photography, design, people, places.... probably 95% of everything I come across!
How has Shillington helped you gain employment?
The course was extremely practical. The 8-5 hours Monday to Friday, the use of briefs and deadlines that were on par with real design situations, the thorough tuition of the design programs, honest and constructive criticism, friendly approachable staff and great folio and interview preparation.
