What is your current job?
Junior Graphic Designer
What sort of work are you doing?
A lot of print based design, mainly working on posters, flyers, brochures and other sorts of things.
What major programs you are currently using?
Deadlines are always fairly tight! As a junior I don't do many big jobs so I usually get given a brief that will be needed by the end of the day or by lunchtime etc ...
What do you love about Graphic Design?
Everything! Except maybe text formatting!
What do you find inspiring?
Music, travel, interesting design, other designers
How has Shillington helped you gain employment?
Shillington helped me by setting me up with a portfolio. I could confidently take my portfolio to an interview and stun an employer after telling them I had done it all in 3 months. They also prepare you for most of the intense deadlines you will face in the real world.
