I employ graduates from Shillington because they have an extensive knowledge of the design process not offered by other colleges. In the past, I have found that graduates from other colleges do not seem to understand briefs or print production. The ability to design is obviously paramount but so too is the ability to follow a brief through from conception to printed piece. I currently have three Shillington graduates working here at IdeaWorks and I would not hesitate to employ more when we have capacity.
