Ruth came to us fresh from Shillington with an infectious enthusiasm and professionalism to match (or rather she stalked us until we relented and gave her a position). From the beginning Ruth possessed conceptual sensitivity, design eye and technical skills beyond someone of her relative inexperience. Shillington has provided her with a balanced understanding of the creative and commercial duality within the creative industry which gives Ruth a unique edge over her peers. She has been an amazing find and is an integral asset within the studio and greater company. She is very cheeky too! If she is indicative of standard Shillington students then we will definitely be looking at Shillington graduates for future positions within our company.
